Answer Sydney, The "F28" error code indicates a communication error between the CCU WP8183259 in the control panel area, and the MCU WP8183196 in the right side area of the lower cabinet / base. It is usually caused by a faileed circuit in the MCU, but you will need to check the wiring harness between the two control boards ,and the harness from the MCU to the motor. You will probably find the tech data sheet taped to the cabinet interior in the same area, and can conduct the prescribed tests and circuit checks per the information. You'll need to remove the lower front access panel(3 screws) and the top( 3 screws across the back of the top). to access the components and wiring. Read More...
