Hi Wayne. Tend to lean with a bad gas valve also. Just wanted you to check the igniter to see if it had a hairline crack /shipment. Is the gas valve ohmming out @ closed= .01 ohms or so? Coil resistence should be 0-ohms. Are you referring to 3.3 vac (ac volts?), or amps? You should get 3.2-3.6 amps at the gas valve, if not replace the igniter. Are you getting 120vac to the igniter terminals ? Thank you.
