Terry C for Model Number LSQ9549LW0 Upper agitator dogs have lost their teeth so that they won't engage the upper agitator's ring of teeth. I know that I need to order the short cam agitator repair kit (AP3094543). My problem is that I can't figure out how to get the old components - that I need to replace - out of the upper agitator. Are they supposed to come out of the top of the upper agitator? If so how? Or are they supposed to come out of the bottom of the upper agitator? If that is the case is there some trick to getting the upper and lower agitators apart? The video makes separating the two look easy but I'm finding it impossible with just brute force. Afraid I'll break something. Thank you.
Answer Hello Terry. Here is a link to the parts page. There is a video on there to help you replace the kit. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/whirlpool-short-cam-agitator-285809-ap3094543.html Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, December 4, 2013
