Pamela for Model Number WTW5300VW2 My washer is making a loud noise when it agitates. It only moves in one direction, to the left. You can't move it back and forth. My husband changed the dogs on it this morning, but it's still making a really loud noise when it agitates. Thank you
Answer Hello Pamela, If the water does not fill so the upper part of the agitator is in the water, it will just rattle around during the wash. If you not done so yet, hold the lid switch in and let the unit agitate to see if the agitator is the part causing the loud noise. Read More...
