Dale for Model Number WTW5521SQ0 The agitator does lift off but the problem is removing the upper section to remove the agitator parts to put the replacements (ap3094543) in should they just come out when you tip it over or do you need a special tool to remove the old assembly for they will not budge?
Answer Dale, the old assembly should just come out when the top portion is tipped over.
