Ed for Model Number maytag atlantis washer Towels and shirts keep getting tears and holes. I've found a rough spot on the bottom edge of the agitator. Do I need to replace the whole thing or can it be smoothed out? Thanks
Answer Hello Ed, You can normally use something like sandpaper to smooth the rough place out if there is not a major crack or gouge in the agitator.
