Sergio for Model Number GD5RHAXNT00 Oon the bottom of the freezer section there is a square depresion about 1/4" deep that fills with a solid block of ice that I have to remove every day. If not, water runs out the bottom of the freezer door. I have replaced the ice maker and the problem is still there.
Answer Hello Sergio, You will need to remove the rear wall of the freezer and thaw out the drain at the bottom of the unit with a hair dryer. You should also make sure the defrost drain hose W11512417 is attached so room temperature air does not enter the unit from the bottom. Read More...
