Answer Hello Dave, the ice maker optics board W11629974 has a self-test feature, open the freezer door and push the left wall flapper closed without blocking the beam that will then travel through the hole in the flapper to the right side mounted board. If the right wall optics board indicator light goes steady replace the ice maker 2198597 if it continues to do a 2 flash replace the optics board kit. Read More...
