Nour A for Model Number ED5RHEXNL03 Freezer is not defrosting, there is blower in the back of the fridge near the compressor maybe off. In the past a repair man replaced it and started that the fridge doesn't have enough room for air to circulate. Any idea what might be? part#?
Answer Nour, If the unit is not defrosting then it would not be a issue with the fan in the back of the unit. You will want to check the defrost thermostat and defrost heater for continuity. If there is no continuity then the part with no continuity would be faulty. If they both have continuity then the issue will be the defrost control board 154336401. Read More...
