Jeannie, You will want to pull the rear wall in the freezer compartment and check for the frost pattern on the evaporator. If the coils are completely impacted with frost or ice then this would be a defrost issue in which you will want to check the defrost heater and defrost thermostat to make sure that they have continuity. If they have continuity then the control board would be faulty. If there is no frost pattern at all then this would likely be caused by a bad 3 way valve located in the back of the unit and is part number WPW10364560.
