Tommy for Model Number kudg25shw1 Three buttons dont work normal/start and cancel. The others light up. I tried changing the circuit board and still have the same problem with the new one. Could it be the control panel?
Answer Hello Tommy! The model given, kudg25shw1, seems to be invalid. I have located a Kitchenaid model KUDG25SHWH1. If some buttons are not responding and all others are it would more than likely be the ribbon cable connected to the back of the control panel that has shorted out or is shorting out. You will need to replace the control panel. All control panels have been discontinued, the only color available is black WP9744101. Thanks! Read More...
