Answer Hello Judy. Check and see if there is any moisture getting inside the control panel and the control board. If so, it will give you problems. Also, it is not good to clean the control panel WP9744101 with any ammonia based cleaners. Also, power surges tend to damage the control boards in the units as well. Read More...
