Karen for Model Number KUDG25SHBT1 My dishwasher will not start. The buttons on the right side starting with soak and scrub,ending in the middle with high temp wash light up. The left side starting from the middle is engery saver dry to cancel Button, they do not light up. Above that is water heating and child lock. neither of those light up either. My grandkids were here, I don't know if they hit the child lock or if it's just a coinsident that it quit working. Any Ideas? We ck'd the float and also turned the powere off at the breaker,waited 30 seconds , then turned it back on. No Luck!! ;( We normally use the energy saver and normal wash. Answer Hello Karen. Based on the information you provided, if some of the buttons are not working properly on the unit, you will need to replace the control panel WP9744101 on the unit. You can try removing the ribbon cable and using a pencil eraser to clean the ribbon cable and make sure it is dry to see if that will repair the control panel.
