Karen for Model Number KUDG25SHBT1 Hello Karen. Based on the information you provided, if some of the buttons are not working properly on the unit, you will need to replace the control panel AP3044912 on the unit. You can try removing the ribbon cable and using a pencil eraser to clean the ribbon cable and make sure it is dry to see if that will repair the control panel. Make sure you have disconnected the power to the unit before doing any type of repair on the unit.Thank you for your quick response!! Does this site have a video or something showing how to do this?
Answer Hi Karen. We have a few hundred videos on all common installations. We are very rapidly advancing these videos daily to cover these. This is one of the ones that is not taped yet unfortunately. Remove the power at the breaker. Remove the inner door panel screws. This will give access to the insides of the control area. Unplug the wax motor or wire connections as they go to the soap dispenser itself. Remove the control board cover and inspect the control panel connections. There is not too much to do to access all of this. Thank You. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, May 11, 2012
