Kevin for Model Number Kenmore Dishwasher Model 66517032403 The "Normal Wash" LED flashes continuously and the unit won't run. According to the technical sheet it's either the control panel or the control circuit board (Part #AP4309110). I am unable to test the system to identify which of the two components is bad because I can't access a specific plug. Is one of the components more likely to be the culprit?
Answer Hello Kevin. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the control panel WP8558947 is bad and will need to be replaced. Check and make sure the latch assembly is good on the unit.
