Kevin December 12, 2011 for Model Number Kenmore Dishwasher Model 66517032403 The "Normal Wash" LED flashes continuously and the unit won't run. According to the technical sheet it's either the control panel or the control circuit board (Part #AP4309110). I am unable to test the system to identify which of the two components is bad because I can't access a specific plug. Is one of the components more likely to be the culprit?
