Cory for Model Number Mvwb765fw4 My washer will turn on, fill and start the wash cycle but will not go into the rinse and spin cycles. When it stops cycling the tub sits with all the wash water in it. I’ve checked the diagnostics and get an error code of f7 e2. I can power off and the washer will drain the tub of water and that’s as far as it will go. All of the lights on the control panel are working so not sure if the panel is the problem or it’s the control module. Thoughts?
Answer Cory, the error code F7 E2 is going to indicate that the motor is overheating. If this is occurring even on light loads, the motor stator W11195971 would need to be tested. The windings should measure between 8 to 10 Ohms and anything out of that range would indicate a failed stator. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Saturday, March 29, 2025
