Answer Hello Chris. You will need to test and see if the limiting thermostat WP99001852 is bad on the unit. It should read closed for continuity. If it is good and the heater is good, you will need to replace the control board WP99002824. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
