Scott for Model Number MDB7100AWB My dishwasher quit working, no lights on control panel, nothing. I checked voltage on door switch. I have 110v on black wires and around 9v on the white wires. Is this a control board problem or something else?
Answer Hello Scott. Test for power coming to the control board. If there is power coming to the control board, but there is nothing working on the unit, it sounds like you need to replace the control board WP99002824 on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
