Randy for Model Number MDB9150AWW Our dishwasher stopped working. Sometimes if we closed it hard several times, we could get it working. I took apart the door, and tested the latch to make sure that wasn't the issue. It tested fine, but there was a loose connection on the main control board, and i re-soldered it, which got it working right away. After running it for a couple of times, it now sometimes stops about 6 minutes into the cycle. If i restart it several times, so far, i have been able to get it to complete the cycle. I would like to run the Field Service Test, but can find no information about how to do that, or what else may be causing the issue. Thanks for your help! Randy
Answer Randy, Based on the information it sounds like the control board would be the issue. Unfortunately we do not have a copy of the tech sheet to be able to advise on how to put into the service mode.
