Sandy for Model Number SG1000 Nothing will work. Press everything on the touch pad and nothing works. Checked the power. There is power to the washer/dryer 110v. There is 11v and 27v to the board. Should we change the control board? If that is not the problem, would we be able to return the control board? Thank you
