David P for Model Number RBD245PDB9 Our control board went blank(out). What board would we want to order. It said the original is no longer available.
Answer David, You will want to test the thermal fuse in the unit which is part number WPW10638608 for continuity. If this checks ok then test the transformer that goes to the control board WP9760587. If the transformer checks ok then the control board would be the issue but would not be available from any source that we could advise of. Read More...
