Yi February 27, 2021 for Model Number GBD307PDQ7 Hi My oven had E6error, now it is totally blank. I think I need to change the control board. Model GBD307PDQ7. Please help! Thank you! Yi
1 Answer Yi, The error that you have is caused by a stuck key and the keypad would likely need to be replaced. As for the lights going off, it would be recommended to test the transformer on the unit to make sure that the transformer is good. If the transformer is good then the control board would be the issue. Read More...
Dawn D. December 08, 2020 for Model Number GBD307PDS2 I have used your company for appliance parts in the past and am looking for a control board 8302967. This is for a Whirlpool Gold double wall oven. I see that the manufacturer has discontinued this board. The oven is in top condition except for the need of this board. We live in the Bahamas and the price of a replacement for this oven will be double what it is in the states because of the duty tax put on everything coming into the country. Is there any option to saving this oven that looks brand new inside and out? Thanks
1 Answer Hello Dawn, I'm sorry but this part 8302967 has been discontinued by the manufacturer and no satisfactory substitutions have been provided. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Read More...
Kcdre December 05, 2020 for Model Number GBD307PDB7 I have a Whirlpool double oven where the temperature reading or panel is very dim. The oven functions otherwise. Would that more than likely be a display issue or control board issue.
1 Answer Hello KCDre, The display is powered by the transformer WP9760587. This is the most likely cause of this issue. Read More...

Darrin Pagel May 04, 2020 for Model Number GBD307PDS7 Hello, I had a question regarding what may be a faulty control board for my 17 year old Whirlpool double wall oven (part number 4453664) for model GBD307PDS7. I replaced the control panel assembly with membrane and switch in November of 2019. After doing this, the oven randomly displayed issues of shutting off, or when I went to set a timer, the oven would shut off. Sometimes, if I tried to adjust the temp, the oven display would light up with everything and/or shut off. I would also get a PF (power failure) code too. Ultimately, after months of these events happening, the oven wouldn’t turn on, there were no displays showing on the control panel, but the oven would still beep when I pressed any button. Does this sound like a control board issue?
1 Answer Darrin P, This does indeed sound like a board issue, however, this board 8302967 has been discontinued by the manufacturer and no suitable replacement has been provided. Read More...
Darrin May 02, 2020 for Model Number GBD307PDS7 Hello. First, thank you for your great service. I've been using Applicance Parts Pros for a while now and you guys are very helpful. I have a 17 year old Whirlpool Double Oven and have replaced the control panel assembly. The oven, over the course of the last few months, intermittently will shut off or the clock will stop working or all the light displays on the panel turn on, or a PF code shows up, and today all I get is the beep but no display on the panel. I can't turn on the oven. In looking at the control board, I notice what appear to be heated dark spots in random places. Is there a way for me to test if the control board is bad? Does it sound like the control board is the issue? I noticed this part is discontinued. I see there are refurbished control boards online but I don't see any new ones. If I don't replace with a refurbished control board, I assume the only other option is purchasing a new oven?? Thanks for the help.
1 Answer Darrin, Based on the information you have provided it does sound like a board issue, with the beeping noise but no lights show you have power without proper responses. With the board being discontinued the options I see are the refurbished board if available or a new oven as you stated. Read More...
