Jim for Model Number rbd305pdq8 both temp displays seem to be getting dim but clock display is fine. do i need to replace the control board or the control panel assembly, or is there a simpler fix to this problem? it has gotten almost impossible to read some temps.
Answer Jim, The easiest check or repair would be to check the P16 connector on the back of the main control panel. Check and make sure there are no loose connections and clean both the harness connection and pins on the board with alcohol or contact cleaner. Otherwise you'll need a new control board 8302967 . All the displays recieve power on the P16 connector, and you would have an internal circuit in the board going weak. Good Luck and Thanks Read More...
