David for Model Number RBD305PDB12 Our double oven began having issues - various error codes and control buttons not working. The only thing that continued to work was the interior light when the oven door was opened. I ordered from this site a new control board which seemed to correct the issues. Within 3 months we began having issues again. No more error codes but the oven "Off" buttons no longer work as well as the temperature down button. To shutdown the oven we need to throw the main breaker on our fuse box. Is this a control board problem or something related to the switch membrane? How can I check?
Answer David, You will want to check the ribbon harness from the membrane switch to the control board to make sure that it has a firm seating and check to make sure that here is no corrosion on the harness.
