Answer Cody, The lights indicated are a representation of a heater error. The issue is that the temperature does not change more than 4 degrees Celcuis after the heating starts. The things that you would want to check would be a heater terminal that is not connected, a possible main wire harness with a broken or loose wire, a bad heater, a bad heater relay on the main control board which would require a new control board.
