John for Model Number MAH4000AWW My timer would not move through the cycles, so I put a new timer on, still have the same problem. I was always able to move the timer manually (old/new) and all functions would work wash/rinse/spin however it just will not work automatically through the various cycles. What can you suggest may be the problem? Thanks. John
Answer Hello John. Test and see if there is power coming to the timer motor. If not, you will need to replace the control board WP22002989. This is what sends power to the timer motor. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
