Robert D. for Model Number magic chef model CDB1500AWW3 This is the second Magic Chef dish washer I have had. The same problem happened. After about 2 years, the controls no longer work. I presume it's the control board. What is my problem?
Answer Hello Robert, If the problem is the control board you should check the polarity of the units' electrical connection. If it is hooked up reverse polarity the control will take a while to fail but it will cause a control failure. You should also make sure the ground is good and not crossed with the neutral.
