Scott W. for Model Number PDBL390AWW So I replaced the entire door latch with relay switch assembly because the door latch was broken and I thought that this was the cause of dish washer not responding or turning on. I got that fixed but dish washer still doesn't turn on. No lights, no clicking of relay switches or anything. I tried putting a test light on relay switches and terminals while latch had relay switchs engauged and not engauged. Nothing made test light, light up. Can you tell me what I need to check even replace now?
Answer Hi Scott. In your case, start fresh at the power junction box. Remove power, check connections and make sure they are tight. Safely check for power (120 vac). From there you should get power to the control board through the door switches. Check with the door closed. Check wires if needed. If you get power to the control board and no commands will follow, then replace the control board part # WPW10218832.
