Tom K for Model Number ABB1927DEW The temperature control for both the refrigerator and freezer is stuck at the highest setting or number 7. Most of the time you can press the up and down buttons and the display is unresponsive and will not change from 7. Every once in a while the display is responsive and you can set the refrigerator and freezer for something other than 7; however, both displays always go back to 7 after some time. I believe from the actual temperature of the freezer and refrigerator that they are working. The setting of 7 in the refrigerator seems reasonable because it is a little too cold for my liking. My guess is that the control board is bad. Thoughts?
