Ty for Model Number GSS26C4XXA00 Refrigerator is not cooling...... Freezer is cold and operational as usual and compressor operating as supposed too, but the Temperature Damper between the Freezer and Refrig is not opening to allow cool air to enter that side. Temp is at 58 degrees with no change, Have unplugged and allowed the unit to sit for 6 hours to thaw, if necessary, and to allow the unit to reset. 48 hours later still not cooling on that side, what do I need to replace??
