Surinder for Model Number JFC2089HEP The freezer is working fine and stay on the 0 but the refrigerator is getting too cold.I did notes the damper door is stay open all the time, the refrigerator set for 38, also when i toach on the side of damper door unit then it will closed damper door.
Answer Surinder, You have a "sticky" auto damper, great diagnosis, there are two different damper assemblies depending on the first two numbers of your serial number on the unit. If your serial number starts with 10 you will need WP67003903 If your serial number starts with 11 or higher WPW10196393 is the damper assembly you will need.
