Randy S for Model Number Whirlpool Duet GGW9250 LED control panel light out. Light inside dryer on when door opened. I was able to get the control lights to come on after pressing the start button for a few seconds and was able to run one load. Then the interface went blank and has stayed that way. Help!
Answer Randy, This issue sounds like it could be caused by a faulty control board. You will want to check to make sure that there is power to the control board from Connector P1 to Pin 5 and pin 2 for 120 vac.
