Roger B for Model Number 110.84832200 One day my dryer just had no heat-it tumbled but just blew cold air on all settings. I checked both the heating element and thermistor (resistance) and they seem to be fine. I suspect my control board is bad. Is there a check can I do on the control board to "verify" it needs replaced so I don't spend $200 bucks for nothing. Thanks.
Answer Hello Roger. Yes, you will test for 120 VAC from the relay on the board. If it is not there, replace the board in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
