Jim for Model Number MED9800TQ0 System appears normal. Once the Hold to Start Button is pushed. You hear a click and the sensing light comes on but the unit does not start. Placed unit in diagnostic mode and all panel functions appear to be normal. Door hold switch tested OK. The moisture sensor tested OK. Manually checked the thermal fuse OK Manually checked the thermistor OK metered to 10.22 ohms. Manually checked the moisture sensor OK. Manually checked the Thermal Cut Off and High Limit Thermostat and Heater. Manually checked the Belt Switch OK. Tested Start and Run Coils on Motor Tested OK. Within Resistance specs. Ran test recommended by Tech Sheet on Electronic Control Board Tested OK. Tested P1,3 resistance across P1,4 Showed to be Open. At this point the only thing I can come up with is the control board is bad? What do you think?
