Nick for Model Number GEW9250PL Dryer will not turn on at all. Checked the breaker, plug, wire, and terminal block. Followed the manual and it said to replace the electronic control panel. Is it the control board with the selector buttons and switches or the control board internal that's mounted between terminal block and control panel?
