Pablo for Model Number 11084834201 Our Kenmore He3 dryer stopped heating a week ago. It runs fine, but won't heat. Is there a way to test the circuit board 8546219 to verify it is faulty before ordering a new part? If I run the dryer with my multi-meter across the spade terminal connections for the heater block (on edge of board) should I expect a 240V value if the board is functioning correctly?
Answer Hello Pablo. Yes, test for power from the relay to the heater. If it is not there, the board is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
