Answer Kenmore Elite, No, the control board is probably not the problem. Your first check should be the thermal fuse located down inside the machine, attached to the blower housing. If the thermal fuse opens, due to an overheat situation, the motor will not start or run. it is not a resettable fuse, it will need to be replaced. Read More...
