Paul I have a GE GFDS140ED0WW front load dryer. I took it apart to replace the upper dryer guide. I put it back together and everything works fine except the selector is stuck on timed dry and will not allow me to select any other cycle. All of the other buttons are lit up and are working fine. Also the timed dry selection is lit up. Would this be the control panel gone bad?
Answer Paul, the first thing you will want to do is make sure that the selector knob did not come loose from the control section first.
