Answer Darlene, You're on target. The control panel Key pad assembly 5765M440-60 is the culprit. The key pad circuits have started to degrade and become inoperative. The most common issue for this issue is the cleaning process on the oven control panel. Best practice is to use a damp cloth, or soapy damp cloth and rinse with clean damp cloth.
