Answer Hello Chad, I would turn the power off to the unit and remove the control panel. Unplug the ribbon cable and, using a pencil eraser, erase over the traces in the same direction as the traces run only to avoid damage to the ribbon cable. Reconnect the ribbon cable and reinstate the power. test the unit and if the buttons still do not respond, replace the control panel. For black order part number 5765M440-60.
