Answer Mike, The error code 4d21 is a no reverse airflow rotation error. Would have to do with the fan on the unit not working properly or not at all. Would want to check the voltage to the fan to make sure that it is good. If no voltage then replace the control board and if there is voltage replace the fan. Read More...
