Answer Hello Tracey. Based on the error code you provided, the control panel WP74005750 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. If the problem continues, the manufacture suggest you replace the control board. You can unplug the ribbon cable and see if the code goes away. If so, this will show it is the control panel.
