Dave for Model Number KBLS22EVMS1 Freezing food in fresh food section. Looking at replacing the damper, but not sure if there might be a thermostat that needs replacing instead. Thoughts?
Answer Dave, In the control part of the refrigerator there is a sensor that you would want to test to make sure that it is good. The resistance should be 5K ohms at room temp of 77 degrees. if the sensor test good then this will most likely be the damper that is causing the issue. The damper will be the more likely issue.
