Sam for Model Number KFC022EVBL1 Freezer has been frosting up. We've replaced the drain tube as well as gasket/seals on the freezer and refrigerator doors. Before I spend even more money, is it likely the air damper control assembly is the culprit? Is there a way to test it? What actuates it? Thanks.
Answer Sam, it would be recommended that the freezer door gasket is inspected for any gaps that could create an air leak. If there is a gap, a hair dryer can be used to warm it up using a warm setting at 8" from the gasket. This will allow it to become flexible enough to seat. Read More...
