Answer Hi Marsha, if you look under your glass tray WPDE74-20002B, you should have a coupler WPDE67-00213A that sits on top of the turntable motor shaft. If the coupler is okay and in place, it should turn when the microwave is on. If the coupler is not turning it means your turntable motor is not working.
