Michael for Model Number MSB27C2XAW00 Is it possible to get the coupling on the container as well? My gears are skipping. Thought they don't look that worn or cracked. Also it would be useful to have the spring listed as frequently bought together. (part WP2198607)
Answer Micheal, You will want to pull the coupling off the lower part where the motor would be. In most cases this will be frozen in a down position and will not engage the upper coupler properly.
