Britta for Model Number 10650592000 Hi, I watched your video on replacing the refrigerator coupling part. I have a spring also, but it falls totally into the shaft, it does not stick out to give spring action. Am I missing another part. Also the top of the coupling detaches very easily. This hasn't worked in a long time, and I was just now thinking to try and fix it myself. I vaguely remember a white plastic piece also, and it is shown in your picture with the coupling. Is that what is missing?
