Kris for Model Number KUDP01ILBS6 When it is powered up, two lights flash - the normal wash cycle and the cancel button, and will not start a cycle. I checked all buttons with my multi-meter and when pressed, all circuits closed and appeared good. I then tried to get it to enter diagnostics mode, it would not. I suspected it was the control panel at this point but was not able to verify this. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks-
Answer Kris, Yes, with the light flashing above the keys would indicate a control panel that has stuck keys. If you did the key test per the chart and they all check good when not pressing them, they should read open at this point, then it would be a control board.
