John for Model Number KUDS01FLBL3 Kitchenaid Top control dishwasher will not run any wash cycle. Light on button light up and the unit will change modes. Lights on wash cycle buttons illuminate, but unit will not start. Door is completely closed. When pressing the cancel button and closing the door the dishwasher does run the cancel cycle.
Answer John, This issue sounds likely that the start button may be faulty in which a control panel would be needed. You will want to access the tech sheet in which it will have a keychart to check the start button. If the start button checks ok then this will be a faulty control board. Read More...
